The Service is provided free of charge for both individual and non-automated commercial use. We do not charge fees, require subscriptions, or insert watermarks on generated files.

03.User Compliance & Consular Acceptance

While our presets are engineered to match published millimeter specifications and biometric oval standards (ICAO Doc 9303), the user retains sole and final responsibility for ensuring that their submitted photograph satisfies all official government guidelines.

• You are responsible for capturing a portrait with appropriate neutral facial expression, closed mouth, and direct eye contact.
• You are responsible for ensuring adequate, uniform, shadow-free lighting and compliant background colors (e.g. pure white or off-white/cream).
• You are responsible for removing prohibited items, such as eyeglasses, non-religious head coverings, headphones, or obstructing accessories.
• You must verify the current specific requirements of the receiving agency or consulate prior to physical printing or official digital submission.

We cannot guarantee that any government entity, consulate, or visa service center will accept a photograph generated with this utility. We assume no liability for rejected passport, visa, or citizenship applications.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Engage in automated scraping, mass data harvesting, or systematic crawling of our web pages.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the client-side code bundle to introduce malicious scripts or malware.
